This marquise shaped cabochon is a piece of Peruvian Anhydrite that us wrapped in 3.5 grams of Sterling Silver wire. Its a little difficult to see in the photos, but the stone has a pearly white luster with a very slight pale blue / gray tint. Because of the shape of the stone, I wanted to cradle it, but still allow the beauty of the stone to be seen.
