At brenda joyce gallery, we strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not happy, we're here to help with easy returns and exchanges, because ultimately we're focused on your satisfaction. 

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met: 
Return Window: You have 15 days from your Date of Delivery to contact us to initiate a return. 

Returnable Product Condition: We do require that the item(s) be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Full Refund: A full refund will be issued to the original payment method once we take a look at the returned item.  As long as everything looks A-OK, then we'll send you your money back to you.  Also - instead of a full refund, we can also work with you to exchange the item for something else of approximately the same value. 

Exceptions:
Final Sale Items:
Gift Cards, as well as any item explicitly stating in the item's description that it is a Final Sale item and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Personalized Items:
Any items that have been personalized are unfortunately not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping Costs: Zero.  We will send you a return shipping label.

Lifetime Warranty
In addition to the 15 Day No Hassle Refund, brenda joyce gallery also offers a Lifetime warranty on any defect for as long as you own the piece.  If anything happens to your piece past the initial 15 Days upon receipt policy, please contact us and we can discuss the specfics of the issue and discuss a plan on how to proceed.  We've intentionally left this section a bit vague so that we can work with you (the customer) to try to determine a solution where you feel happy and satisfied.
