This premium piece of Chrysocolla is a beautiful teardrop designed cabochon. We call this one... "Hope". It is wrapped in 4.7g of Sterling Silver due to the thickness of the stone. You'll notice that the banding at the bottom only bands 5 of the 7 square wire (20ga) to allow greater flow of those top 2 bracing wires. The other bands grab all 7 wires. It was a little tricky, but I like the outcome and I hope you do too.
