Name of Piece: Fibonacci.
Ammonites are fossils that were a group of shelled cephalopods that lived in the ocean and went extinct 66 million years ago. For this fossil, I ultimately decided to go with a copper wrap, but with clean lines. I needed something functional to keep it in the setting, but didn't want to hide the Ammonite either. It is wrapped in 21ga copper with 22ga copper wire bundling everything together. I'm very happy with the way this one turned out, and I hope the wearer will as well.
The metaphysical properties is said that ammonites, with their spiral shape, are symbols of change and positive motion. The spiral draws in negative energy, filtering it through the chambers and releasing fresh, positive energy.
